So to today was a good day. I was able to help three people find placement today. Along with Get America Back to Work, I also work as a placement recruiter. I enjoy helping people find a carerr they can grow with.
Today I was able to get two people high paying placements, as well as help out a new grad from Purdue.
Jobs now a days are hard to come by and it does get tougher and tougher to place people. The thing is everyday I see people with the same resume over and over. The thing I always tell people is to set themselves apart. Sometimes that is easiser said then done.
